With the high-end architectural design of the new building, our flooring and staircase solutions needed to match this unique aesthetic. Initially, we prepared a functional sample on site for approval — we formed up, poured, and polished a set of 3 steps.

With the approval of our sample, we then we prepared the structural slab to take a 50mm polished concrete screed, with control joins were done with brass. We also protected all the adjoining surfaces to prepare for the pour. We then organised the supply of concrete, organised the hire of a concrete pump, and placed all the concrete for the floors, and curved staircase. Finally, we returned to polish the concrete a month later.
