Yes! All you need to do is dust mop or sweep daily to prevent dirt from accumulating. Cleaning with a damp mop once a week is recommended to remove smudging, scuffs, and water marks, to restore gloss.
The main difference is between the finish. Both are concrete substrates. We polish concrete veneer floors, whereas epoxy is a resin mixed with a chemical which turns into a hard plastic floor over a few days. Polished concrete veneers are more economic in price, and easier to install.
